First Avenue Veterinary Hospitalis seeking a part-time/full-time VETERINARIAN to join our one doctor practice conveniently located on 1st Avenue between 19th and 20th Streets in a vibrant area of New York City adjacent to Stuyvestown. Our dedicated, experienced staff of licensed technicians, assistants and receptionists provides excellent care for the significant dog and cat population in our community. Our contemporary 2,000 square foot facility features three spacious exam rooms, digital radiography (with second opinion to a board-certified radiologist), brand new dental equipment with dental radiography, fully equipped surgical suite, modern ultrasound unit and in-house laboratory. Visiting specialists are available and include a board-certified cardiologist, a board-certified surgeon and a board-certified internist (ultrasounds).
