Veterinarian - Full Time Traveling

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel to hospital locations throughout SVP’s footprint
• Ability to adapt to different hospitals (i.e. unique hospital culture, diverse clientele, etc.)
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• State Veterinary Board License must be in good standing for the state in which hired, prior to start date

• Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members
• Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
• Compassionate team player who can uphold great reputation with clients
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics

• Basic surgical experience

This role requires heavy travel. Southern Veterinary Partners will cover travel, residence, and licensing expenses for the state(s) in which you will be asked to travel to.
