Full time or part time veterinarian. Hospital hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.  No after hours emergency call.  No weekend hours. All emergencies go to local ER hospital.  Single doctor private practice needs to add another doctor.  Newly renovated 7000 square foot facility complete with in house laboratory Antech equipment, DR radiology, Mind Ray ultrasound, dental x-ray, Avimark software,  etc.  Separate dental, surgical, and radiology suites.  Separate wards for dogs, cats, exotics/isolation.  4-5 exam rooms.  Great support staff. 

While we specialize in companion animals and exotic/pocket pets, this practice started as a mixed animal practice and our doctor will still see the occasional large animal patient.  This would not be required of any new hire. Clearfield Veterinary Hospital was started 22 years ago. We moved to this new location and expanded less than 2 years ago. We never want to sell to corporate and would love a veterinarian looking for mentorship, a supportive environment to grown their clinical skills in and potentially become part of the future of the practice as a part owner with in house financing possible for the right candidate.  We want our clients and their pets to have the best care they can afford and within their means. We want good doctors and good staff to continue this for years to come.

The area is rural with a large college town (Pennsylvania State University) ~ one hour east.  Many outdoor activities and a low cost of living.

DVM or VMD or equivalent. License to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania. Ability to apply for DEA license.
