The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking an Animal Care Veterinary Supervisor for the Office of Veterinary Services, which administers all duties assigned to the State Veterinarian under the Comprehensive Animal Care laws (Chapter 65 of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia) along with responsibility for Virginia's livestock and poultry disease control and/or eradication programs to promote the health of livestock and poultry in support of the animal agriculture industry, public health programs, and citizens of the Commonwealth.
