We are a 50+ year privately-owned well-established practice that takes pride in providing personalized care while building quality, long lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a full time or part time equine associate veterinarian to join our team.
We are a predominantly ambulatory equine practice with a small animal and exotics division. Our practice offers many opportunities to expand into other species including small ruminants, zoo animals and exotics.
Our equine division’s primary focus is on preventative wellness, lameness, and general medicine. We also benefit from having state-of-the-art in-house lab equipment, endoscope/gastroscope, and digital radiography/ultrasound.
We welcome DVMs with all experience levels, including new or recent graduates. The right candidate will have strong people and communication skills to continue to provide the excellent care our clients have become accustomed to.
Our practice is conveniently located in southeastern Wisconsin just 45 minutes from both downtown Milwaukee and Chicago allowing for an amazing diversity of lifestyles and provides ample recreational opportunities such as restaurants, arts, museums, and parks. In addition, enjoy the scenery of beautiful lakes, with hunting/fishing and more.
We offer a benefit package which consists of medical insurance, 401K with a safe harbor match, liability insurance, continuing education allowance, state licenses, and association dues. Emergency coverage for equine is required, shared, and compensated separately. Vehicle and other equipment are supplied.
