Kyle Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time or part-time small animal veterinarian or veterinary surgeon to join our warm, collaborative team in the heart of Cincinnati. What to Expect

• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 base plus production (or production-only if preferred — we’re flexible to fit your ideal compensation model)
• Sign-on Bonus : $10,000

• Hours of operation:
  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed (because even superheroes need rest!)

• A schedule that values your time: We offer supportive scheduling for both GP and surgery-focused doctors. GP appointments run 15 minutes for tech visits and 30 minutes for standard cases. Surgery schedules center fully on procedures with no wellness visits and no walk-ins. There is no on-call for either path. Full-time and part-time options are available, and most weeks include four 8 to 10 hour days plus one rotating Saturday per month.
• A healthy tech-to-doctor ratio. Abundant support to practice high-quality medicine. You’ll have a team that’s pawsitively passionate about helping you succeed. Surgeons will work alongside experienced technicians, assistants, and recovery staff who are skilled in anesthesia, patient monitoring, and post-op care. From prepping to recovery, they’ll have your back every step of the way.

We also cover state licensing costs, DEA, AVMA PLIT, and membership fees (AVMA, OSVMA, VIN, etc.)

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in the state of Ohio
• GP Doctors: 1+ years' veterinarian experience
• Surgeons: 2+ years' experience performing small animal surgeries (spays/neuters, soft tissue, and mass removals required; orthopedics a plus)
