We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing medical care to both companion animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and livestock (cattle, horses, goats, sheep, etc.), ensuring the health and well-being of animals across a variety of settings—from clinics to farms.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases in small and large animals Perform surgeries in small animals, including spays/neuters, mass removals, etc.
Conduct routine wellness exams and vaccinations Provide emergency care and on-call services as needed for large animal medicine only Advise clients on nutrition, preventive care, and animal husbandry Maintain accurate medical records and client communications Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff Travel to farms or rural locations for large animal care

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution Valid veterinary license in Pennsylvania and New York Experience in both small and large animal medicine preferred Strong diagnostic and surgical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
